Lasting development in behaviour, cooperation and leadership

Good cooperation is not self-evident. Strangely enough, we are not taught how to cooperate effectively anywhere. We learn how to tie our shoelaces, traffic rules and arithmetic. But cooperation is something you are expected to do ‘just like that’. Just jump in at the deep end. That is such a shame, because there is so much to learn and discover about meaningful and enjoyable cooperation.

That is where my work begins. With attention to relationships, patterns and context. Real development almost never occurs in isolation. Real development occurs in relationships.

How I work

What connects all my work is my systemic perspective. I look at the whole picture and at patterns that keep repeating themselves. Together with you, I make a plan, but I also work with whatever arises when we work together. With warmth, depth, clarity and playfulness. 

I ensure that insights do not remain mere words, but are translated into practical behaviour and choices. I strive for development that is sustainable and moves with practice.

My name is Yvet Beckers. For more than fifteen years, I have been working with teams, organizations and leaders to improve collaboration and development.
