When starting our new sub-teams, we were looking for a way to give each team a great start that would stimulate further development. We approached Yvet from TeamTrots, and during an intake meeting, she and her colleague Hans (from 5xWaarom) made us enthusiastic about their methodology and tools. They were able to pinpoint exactly what mattered to us and translate that into a tailored program. This program was further refined by gathering input from employees via a survey. The team-starts were unique and a true success. We voiced our ambitions, explored our strengths, and discussed our hopes and challenges for the future.
