Organizational development
Building human-centric, high-impact organizations together
The strength of an organization lies in the quality of its relationships
The world of organizations is changing rapidly. Technology, AI, and social shifts follow each other in quick succession. Strategies age faster, roles shift, and certainties vanish.
It is precisely within this movement that I see where organizations make the difference—or where they get stuck. It’s rarely about the plans or structures; it’s about the quality of the relationships.
It’s about how people collaborate under pressure. How decisions are made. What happens when interests clash, tensions rise, or things get truly challenging. That is where it becomes clear whether an organization is agile and resilient, or rigid and vulnerable. For me, organizational development is about that foundation: working on how people relate to one another, create meaning together, and take responsibility—right in the middle of complexity and uncertainty.
Why organizational development is a must
In many organizations, the focus is on working in the organization: achieving results, solving problems, keeping the engine running. That makes sense. At the same time, I see how change stalls when there is no room to work on the organization.
Organizational development is not a standalone project or a theoretical exercise on the sidelines. It requires attention within daily practice—from both teams and leadership. Only then does a movement arise that goes beyond good intentions.
No quick fixes, but movement that sticks
I don’t believe in off-the-shelf answers or heroic change narratives. Real change happens when the entire system is involved. When leaders participate visibly. When there is space to explore what is actually going on together, without the outcome being set in stone.
Not every system is ready for that, and that’s okay. Sustainable change requires readiness, ownership, and courage. Without those conditions, participation becomes a box-ticking exercise—and that simply doesn’t work.
"True impact is made together, not alone"
Developing the skills to navigate an uncertain world
We weren’t built for permanent uncertainty. Yet, that is the reality in which organizations operate today. This requires the development of new skills. Think of it as training your “collaboration muscles.” It provides more stability and makes movement possible—not by working harder, but by collaborating more consciously.
My way of working
I support organizations that want to look beyond quick fixes. Organizations with a desire for more humanity, stronger connections, and a meaningful contribution to the world.
As a systemic coach, I help make the patterns behind behavior visible and facilitate the dialogues needed to reach new choices based on that insight. At the same time, my work doesn’t get lost in “nice conversations”; it is always anchored in practice. With my background in business administration and experience as a consultant, program manager, and change expert, I understand organizational dynamics. I don’t just help organizations make strategic and tactical choices; I also assist with the translation to structure, processes, and daily actions.
My style is warm, clear, down-to-earth, and playful. I enjoy making complex concepts understandable without losing the depth and the “magic” of this work. I pay close attention to what happens between people. I truly light up when leadership visibly chooses growth—when there is a dream that comes from the heart!
Which challenges can I support your organization with?
Does your organization have ambitions such as:
Improving collaboration within and between teams, and learning the language and tools to do so.
Learning to navigate change and complexity.
Becoming more agile and innovative.
Learning to work with conflicting choices and paradoxes.
Dealing with conflict constructively.
Understanding how to work with recurring patterns in the organization.
Building an inclusive culture and psychological safety.
If so, I’d love to explore how I can contribute to your goals.
Collaborating at scale
I don’t always work alone. Depending on the request, I partner with a network of experienced professionals, each bringing their own expertise. These are people I trust and whose vision aligns with my way of working. This allows us to scale up when necessary, bring in diverse perspectives, and provide a holistic approach to organizational guidance.
Where we are curious about what reveals itself, the system begins to move.
