About Yvet Beckers

I guide teams to unlock their full potential, enabling them to collaborate with more joy and achieve better results! My greatest fulfillment comes from seeing the pride in a team after they’ve achieved a major breakthrough. That glimmer in their eyes, the proud high fives they share, and the collective feeling that they can take on the world—that is what drives me.

Background

My work as a coach and organizational consultant is rooted in over 15 years of corporate experience. I have served as a project manager, change manager, leader, and Lean consultant across a wide range of sectors. This background, combined with my education, allows me to bridge the gap between team development and daily operations with ease—at both strategic and operational levels.

Certified Team Coach (ORSCC)

Ik ben gecertificeerd als ORSC teamcoach door het CRR (Center for Right Relationships) in de US, één van meest gerenommeerde instituten ter wereld voor teamcoaching. Het CRR heeft het ORSC curriculum

I am certified as an ORSC team coach by CRR Global (Center for Right Relationship) in the US, one of the world’s most renowned institutes for team coaching. CRR developed the ORSC curriculum, which stands for Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching. It is an exceptionally powerful methodology that approaches coaching from a systemic perspective.

Additionally, I am accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

And furthermore...

…there is an adventurer in me!

A few years ago, my partner Stijn and I set sail on a long-distance voyage, fulfilling a long-held dream. We covered roughly 15,000 miles (about 28,000 km), visiting three continents and completing two ocean crossings as a duo.

We learned an incredible amount from the diverse people and cultures we encountered along the way. We anchored among hippos, sought shelter from hurricanes, and learned—more deeply than ever before—the power of trusting your own self-reliance and creativity.

To this day, that journey remains a massive source of inspiration for me, both personally and in my work with teams!
